Facilitator Support
Board members provide ongoing support to the CEO Facilitator.
Event Planning
Board members plan and execute key CEO events, including investor and mentor socials, and the student trade show.
Student Recruitment & Selection
Board members organize recruitment efforts, engage with local schools, and oversee the selection of CEO students.
Mentorship Coordination
Board members recruit mentors, manage mentor-student pairings, and ensure mentor program success.
School Liaison
Board members maintain communication with school administrators to coordinate student participation and scheduling.

She is the EVP General Counsel for Legence Bank and Kotner Title, where she provides strategic legal and executive leadership.
Gloria is passionate about creating opportunities for young people and believes strongly in investing in the future of Southern Illinois. She and her husband, Michael, an investment advisor, enjoy spending time with their two adult children, Alexander and Gabriella, and are dedicated to supporting their community's continued growth and success.

Jessica Grinnell
Director of Community RelationsSecretary Committees: Event Coordinator, MediaJessica Grinnell joined Legence Bank in 2015 and currently serves as AVP of Marketing & Communications. She is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management. Through her role at Legence Bank, Jessica brings experience in marketing, communications, community partnerships, and financial education to the Saline County CEO program.
As a Harrisburg High School graduate, Jessica’s roots run deep in Saline County, making the mission of Saline County CEO especially meaningful to her. She has served on the board since early 2022 and is passionate about helping students recognize their potential, build confidence, and form connections that will encourage them to become the next generation of business and community leaders.

Angie Hampton
Chief Executive OfficerBoard Member Committees: MentoringAngie Hampton is the Chief Executive Officer of Egyptian Public and Mental Health Department, serving Saline, Gallatin, White, Wayne, and Hamilton Counties. She earned a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Administration from Southern Illinois University in 1999 and has completed the Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education program. She was also a 2008–2009 graduate of the Delta Leadership Institute, sponsored by the Delta Regional Authority.
Angie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Social Worker. She has written numerous grants supporting systems change around public health and behavioral health issues and participates in many statewide initiatives focused on healthcare transformation in Illinois.
She currently serves as Co-Chair of the DHS Social Services Advisory Committee (SSAC), President of the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine Center for Rural Health and Social Services Development Board, and as a board or advisory member for the Illinois Rural Health Association (IRHA), Southern Illinois Healthcare Community Benefits, Saline County CASA, Saline County CEO, Illinois Opioid Remediation Advisory Board, One Shawnee, and the Eldorado High School Foundation.
Angie is also an active Saline County CEO Board member who regularly works alongside and supports the CEO Program Mentor Group, helping connect students with experienced community and business leaders. Her involvement reflects her continued commitment to mentorship, leadership development, and strengthening opportunities for young people throughout Southern Illinois.
Angie has worked for Egyptian Health Department for more than 30 years.

The program is something that holds a special place in his heart and he is a true believer of what the program can do to change the lives and trajectories of the students that pass through. The program still impacts his own business, SI Accounting, today as he garners new tax clients and businesses that he gets to work with day in and day out.

He served as a teacher, administrator, assistant superintendent, and superintendent, leading with a strong focus on growth and transformation.
A certified coach through John Maxwell Leadership, Eric has delivered impactful leadership training for schools and businesses across the region. In 2022, he returned to the insurance industry and currently is the Chief Executive Officer of FSB Insurance, partnering with Farmers State Bank to drive performance, culture, and strategic growth.
