Today our class had the privilege of hearing from Dr. Amy Dixon, Superintendent of Harrisburg Schools!

Dr. Dixon shared her career journey and reminded us to “be the calm in the chaos and lead from the heart.” She emphasized that we all have different strengths and that every problem is an opportunity when we choose to lead with purpose and perspective.

She also wrapped up our time together with a fun teambuilding game that brought lots of laughs and great collaboration. We are grateful for leaders like Dr. Dixon who inspire, encourage, and invest in the next generation!
