Today’s tour took us to our local Dairy Queen Treat Store, owned by Julie Hathaway! Julie truly spoiled the class with an incredible breakfast buffet.

She shared valuable insight into the differences between owning your own business and operating a franchise, giving students a real-world look at both paths. One key takeaway: people are more likely to share a negative experience than a positive one—making great customer service more important than ever.

To top it all off, the tour ended on a sweet note with ice cream for everyone!
