🚜 First Tour of the Year!

Today, our CEO students had the opportunity to visit Little Tractor & Equipment Co. in Harrisburg, hosted by owner and investor Justin Ferrell.

Justin challenged students to broaden their perspective and reminded them that the right people can help us see possibilities we may not see on our own. That’s where mentors become so valuable—they help us think bigger, ask better questions, and discover opportunities beyond what we already know.

One of the biggest takeaways? How do you stand out?

Justin used a vehicle as an example. When you buy a vehicle, you don’t ask for a steering wheel or a seat—those are standard options. In the same way, a high school diploma is a standard option.

If you want to stand out, you have to look for the experiences, skills, relationships, and opportunities beyond the standard that will set you apart on your résumé and in your future career.

What will you do that’s more than standard?
