Today’s CEO guest speaker was TW Norman, who challenged our students to think about what it means to develop and stay mission critical—whether you’re leading a business, a sports team, or an organization.

One of the biggest takeaways? You will never accidentally live mission critical. Many leaders don’t fail because they lack talent—they fail because their attention is scattered.

To stay mission critical:
🎯 Identify what is truly critical.
💡 Spend 70% of your time in the bull’s-eye.
🚫 Get comfortable saying, “No” or “Not right now.”
⏳ Remember that mission, vision and goals don’t happen overnight.

Great leaders don’t just know where they’re going—they intentionally keep moving in that direction.

Stay focused. Stay intentional. Stay mission critical.
