Lead, Follow, or Get Out of the Way! 💡

Today’s CEO class featured a great message from Jerry King on leadership and the importance of knowing when to lead, when to follow, and when to get out of the way.

Students were divided into three teams and challenged to build a bridge using only popsicle sticks and paper clips.

As the challenge progressed, thinking outside the box quickly became a necessity! Students had to communicate, collaborate, problem-solve, and adapt to make their ideas work.

A great lesson in leadership—and a lot of fun along the way!
